We are pleased to announce that our cohousing project can finally take the next step in a long approval process. Comments are now invited on the Draft Variation to the Territory Plan that relates to Stellulata Cohousing. The deadline for DV376 is close of business on Friday 16 April 2021 and the details of where to find the documents and where to send your comments are below.

The Stellulata Team had to learn patience this year. We are still here and optimistic that our project plans will finally be open for public consultation before the end of the year. We have also developed a statement of our vision, values and principles to guide us into the future.
